Gain hands-on experience in navigating IPOs and drafting key financial documents with White & Case.

Our virtual Banking & Finance programme allows students to gain first-hand insight into the fast-paced world of capital markets law, where companies and financial institutions rely on expert legal guidance for securities transactions, bond issuances, and regulatory compliance. This programme provides a unique glimpse into the work we do across high yield, debt capital markets, and equity capital markets, offering real-world experience in managing complex financial transactions.

No prior legal knowledge or work experience is required to participate in this course, and your work will not be used for assessment purposes.
