What is Adobe Creative Cloud?

Adobe Creative Cloud delivers 20+ world-class creative apps and services, along with app updates, giving students a complete digital skillset. It is the industry-standard platform used by creative professionals worldwide across design, photography, video, marketing, and more.

Creative Cloud is more than a set of market-leading apps for digital content creation and communication. It’s a comprehensive platform that offers innovative ways of learning, enabling students to showcase their knowledge, skills, and passion through compelling digital experiences like infographics, websites, videos, and 3D and AR content.

Key Apps Included

  • Photoshop — Edit and enhance photos and create digital artwork with industry-leading tools.
  • Illustrator — The ideal tool for crafting vector graphics and illustrations — the preferred choice among students in graphic design, branding, and digital artistry.
  • InDesign — Ideal for layout design and publication projects, essential for crafting visually appealing documents, brochures, and magazines.
  • Premiere Pro — Professional video editing for projects, presentations, and content creation.

In addition to the apps, the plan includes Creative Cloud Libraries, 100GB of cloud storage, step-by-step tutorials, and access to the latest features.


How TSU Students Can Access Adobe Creative Cloud — For Free

Access to the full suite of applications and services that Adobe Creative Cloud provides is free for those with a TSU email address.

Step 1: Go to the Adobe Creative Cloud portal Navigate to creativecloud.adobe.com or access it through the TSU Career Pathways Center at cpc.tsu.edu/resources/adobe-creative-campus and click “View Resource.”

Step 2: Sign in with your TSU email On the Adobe sign-in page, enter your TSU email address (@tsu.edu). Adobe will recognize it as an institution-affiliated account and grant you access through TSU’s Creative Campus license.

Step 3: Set up your Adobe account Follow the prompts to complete your Adobe account profile. If prompted to choose a plan, your institutional access should be automatically applied at no cost.

Step 4: Download and install apps From the Creative Cloud dashboard, browse the full library of apps and click “Install” on any app you want to use. You can install apps on up to two devices and access your files and assets from anywhere via cloud storage.

Step 5: Start creating Use the apps for coursework, career projects, portfolio building, and more. You can activate Creative Cloud on at least two separate devices by logging in using your email address and password, and you’ll always have access to the latest versions of the apps.
