Tailored Tiger: TSU’s Career Closet for Students
What is the Career Closet Tailored Tiger?
The Career Closet provides professional career clothing for all current Texas Southern University students. It is a resource managed by the TSU National Alumni Association (TSUNAA) to help students make a strong first impression when interviewing for jobs, internships, or postgraduate programs.
First impressions are everything. As students begin interacting with employers and interviewing for jobs or postgraduate programs, they will need professionally appropriate attire so they can make the best possible first impression. The Career Closet makes sure that cost is never a barrier to looking and feeling career-ready.
What’s Available
The closet offers business professional attire for all students, including options for women, men, and gender-neutral styles. Business professional attire is what most people think of as traditional interview clothing — conservative in style and usually dark in color. Regardless of how you might ultimately dress in your job or program, business professional attire is always appropriate for an interview or career fair.
Items available include suits, dress shirts and blouses, dress shoes, belts, ties, professional bags, and accessories — all in professional, interview-ready styles.
