Recruit TSU Students Through Parker Dewey
Parker Dewey helps employers connect with early-career talent more effectively by providing access to real, professional work experiences that showcase skills, motivation, and fit. It’s a low-lift, high-impact way to engage talent and give your team the insights it needs to hire with confidence.
What is a Micro-Internship?
Micro-Internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments that enable students to demonstrate skills, explore career paths, and build their networks. They can take place year-round, typically require 10 to 40 hours of work, and are due within a few days to a few weeks. Rather than relying on resumes or surface-level signals, teams get insights on skills, motivation, and fit — before making a hiring decision.
Why It Works for Employers
- No HR burdens. Micro-Interns are not your employees, contractors, interns, temps, or freelancers. Parker Dewey handles all admin, including payroll, tax forms, and contracts.
- You set the price. All projects are fixed-fee, and most are listed between $200–$600, typically implying $20–25/hour based on estimated hours of work.
- You own all work product. Not happy with the results? Parker Dewey will provide a full refund or find an alternate student. Both Parker Dewey and all students sign strict NDAs to protect your information.
- Hire directly at any time — with no conversion fees.
