What is Symplicity?

Symplicity is a web-based Law Career Services Manager that provides students access to job postings, employer research, bidding for on-campus interviews, job fairs, and much more.

The Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD) at TSU’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law guides, coaches, and supports the students and alumni of Thurgood Law in accomplishing their career goals. Symplicity is the Law School’s database for finding internship and employment opportunities.

The OCPD hosts a virtual jobs and scholarships bank year-round for students and alumni, making Symplicity the go-to platform for law students searching for clerkships, internships, legal jobs, and on-campus interview opportunities with law firms, corporations, courts, government agencies, and public interest organizations.

How to Access Symplicity as a Thurgood Marshall Law Student

Step 1: Go to the student login page Navigate directly to law-tmsl-csm.symplicity.com/students. You can also access it through the TSU Career Pathways Center at cpc.tsu.edu/resources/symplicity or from the OCPD website at tsulaw.edu/career.

Step 2: Log in with your credentials Use the username and password provided to you by the OCPD. Students use the same username and password throughout all three years of law school. If you haven’t received your login credentials yet, contact the OCPD directly.

Step 3: Explore available opportunities Once logged in, you can browse job and internship postings, view scholarship opportunities, sign up for on-campus interviews, and register for career events and job fairs.
