In the role of Supply Chain Management Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the supply chain team in meeting both departmental and corporate objectives. This individual will have the opportunity to become an instrumental part of the daily supply chain activities, potentially including reporting, analytics, research, purchase order creation and maintenance, pricing negotiations, and supplier management. It’s an excellent job for people who are studying Supply Chain Management.

Placement Details:

This is a 4 month placement starting in May 2026, located in Houston, TX.

What you will do:

  • Implement forecasting and supply planning process improvements
  • Analyze various types of data and recommend costs savings by analysis
  • Analyze and recommend broad based innovative improvement initiatives for accounts with a focus on eliminating root causes of recurring issues which leads to driving down costs and/or improving service
  • Create standardized operating procedure documentation
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Interns will be required to give a presentation at the end of their assignment covering a summary of their experience/projects and observations from working in a corporate environment.
  • Interns will be expected to comply with all Enbridge policies and procedures and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times

Who you are:

  • You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program studying Supply Chain Management, Business or Finance and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
  • Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, High Performance).

Working Conditions:

  • Office based role, located in Houston, TX
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.

Please note that this is a role providing contract labour to Enbridge through Raise, who manages Enbridge’s Student Contractor Program. If you are selected for this position, you will be employed by Raise and will not be an employee of Enbridge.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Mental Requirements include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
